Purchase terms

1. Scope
The shop serves companies, self-employed professionals, associations, clubs, organisations and private customers. Professional accounts and prices may require prior review and approval; private customers use direct purchase where available for the product.
2. Enquiries and orders
Products may be set to “On request” or “Order with price”. An enquiry becomes binding only after ROLFAL confirms the product, customisation, quantity, price, taxes, payment and delivery in writing.
3. Prices and taxes
Professional prices are displayed net unless stated otherwise. Direct-purchase prices for private customers include VAT. Shipping, setup and customisation costs are shown before order confirmation or in the relevant quotation.
4. Artwork and production
Production starts after artwork approval and, where applicable, agreed payment. Minor variations in colour or dimensions can result from materials or printing methods. Delivery times remain estimates until confirmed.
5. File rights
The customer warrants that logos, text and images may be used and is responsible for third-party claims arising from their content.
6. Changes, cancellation and returns
Customised goods are made to the customer’s approval. Changes or cancellation after production starts may incur costs. Custom-made goods are generally not returnable under cancellation rights, without affecting rights relating to defects.
7. Claims and law
Visible damage or errors should be reported promptly with photographs and the order reference. Spanish law applies. The parties will first seek an amicable solution to disagreements.
